Program Description

ANDOR sends transactional and conversational SMS messages to customers, carriers, and logistics partners for shipment coordination. Messages may include pickup and delivery notifications, shipment status updates, dispatch coordination, document and customs requests, quote and booking confirmations, and replies to operational questions.

How to Opt In

You opt in to receive messages by providing your mobile phone number during shipment onboarding, through our quote or intake forms at andorlogistics.com, or by contacting our published business number. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies depending on your active shipments and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile carrier. ANDOR does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-Out & Help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.

Messages may not be deliverable on all mobile carriers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
